Payment and Shipping
Free shipping service (World-wide EMS) is available for orders meeting the following minimum amounts:
Hong Kong: HK$388 (US$50) or above
China, Macau and Asia: HK$780 or above
Other regions: HK$1,500 or above
For orders below the minimum, shipping costs are:
Hong Kong: HK$35
China, Macau and Asia: HK$150
Other regions: HK$300
Khemist Online accepts Payme, major credit cards, FPS (Faster Payment System) and bank transfer for Hong Kong customers. Please note that remittances from foreign banks to our Hong Kong bank account are not accepted.
Once payment is verified, your order will be processed immediately. All payments are processed securely - your payment information is kept confidential and is not stored in our online store system.
Shipping and Tax policy
Orders are arranged for delivery immediately upon payment confirmation. Standard processing occurs Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after noon may ship the next business day. Orders placed after Friday 2:00 PM or during weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping fees are calculated based on your order details and delivery address. Free delivery applies only to Hong Kong and select major countries and cities. Remote and outlying island regions may incur additional fees.
Khemist Online is not responsible for value-added tax, customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or customs clearance charges required in your country or region. If you decline to pay these fees, your order may be returned and paid shipping fees will not be refunded.
Estimated Standard delivery time
Hong Kong: 1 to 4 working days
China and Asia: 3 to 10 working days
Other regions: 7 to 16 working days

Returns and Refunds
If you notice any problems—such as goods not being delivered or receiving an item that doesn't match your order—please contact us as soon as possible. If we are found to be at fault, we will arrange an exchange or a full refund of shipping costs for eligible items.
1) If you make a mistake when ordering online
Khemist will be happy to exchange your item. Please contact us at cs@khemist.online. All exchange requests must be sent by email within 2 days of receipt. You will be responsible for shipping costs for the new item and return postage. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges unless the item is unopened and in its original packaging.
2) If you are sensitive to our products
You have the option to request an exchange or refund. Please email cs@khemist.online within 7 days of receipt and include proof of purchase. All used products must be returned to our logistics center. Khemist will cover the return shipping cost. If you receive a damaged product, do not use it—notify us immediately for a full refund or exchange. Any shipping charges you incur for returning damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered items will be refunded to your original payment method.
3) You want to cancel your order
You have the legal right to cancel within 14 working days of receiving your goods, or at any time before we process your order. We typically process orders the same day payment is confirmed. To cancel, email cs@khemist.online with your name, login ID, address, and order number.
You also have the legal right to cancel within 24 hours of full payment. Please contact us by email as soon as possible with your details.
When requesting a cancellation, provide proof of order or original information such as your order number, e-invoice, or payment transaction. You must return items within 14 business days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Email your request to cs@khemist.online. If you intend to return or exchange an item, let us know in advance and our staff will guide you through the process.
Keep the registered receipt from the post office until your package safely reaches our logistics center. If we don't receive your parcel, we will need to track it using this receipt. We will process your return upon receipt and arrange a refund using your original payment method.
*Only items purchased through the Khemist Online store can be exchanged or refunded.
