What is K-Dollar Reward?

K-Dollar Reward is designed to give back to our customers who have always supported Khemist, so that you can get cash rewards, which can be accumulated and used after each purchase. Customers can see the item "Earn K-Dollar" under the price when shopping. The “Amount of K Dollar earning” is for reference, and so could be fluctuated from time to time according to the promotion and discount period of the product. The actual amount of K-Dollar that can be earned will be based on the website display on the day of shopping. The amount of K-Dollar earned after shopping will be automatically added to the customer’s membership account, and can be used as cash for the next purchase in Khemist e-Shop. The maximum accumulated usage period is ONE year. Each K-Dollar Reward is equivalent to HK$1. Customers can freely choose whether to use K-Dollar, and how many to use during online shopping.

How to earn K-Dollar Reward during shopping?

You just need to log into your Khemist member account before shopping. After completing the shopping (a completed order refers to an order that has been invoiced and delivered), the system will automatically add K-Dollar Reward to your account.

What is the exchange rate for K-Dollar Reward?

• Each K-Dollar Reward is equivalent to HK$1
(Example: If you spend HK$100 on a purchase, and you already have 30 K-Dollars in your account, you may choose to use the full K-Dollar for settlement, that is, you will only need to pay HK$70 in cash when check out.)
• K-Dollar Reward has no upper limit and can be used for full payment settlement.
(Example: If the payment of a purchase is HK$100, and you already have 100 K-Dollars in your account, you can choose to use all your K-Dollar for settlement, that is, you do not need to pay any cash when check out.)
• K-Dollar Reward cannot be exchanged for cash, and is not transferable. The use period can be accumulated for up to one year.

How to use my K-Dollar Reward?

Step 1) Log in to your Khemist member account (if you don't have an account, please register first);

Step 2) Add the product to your shopping cart, then "go to checkout",

Step 3) At the stage of "Confirm and Pay", enter the amount of K-Dollar to be used in the "Use K-Dollar" column. Minimum amount of use is “1” K-Dollar, and the maximum amount is equal to the total order amount (deducting shipping costs and after tax) K-Dollar Reward.

Step 4) Click "Use K-Dollar" to apply K-Dollar Reward to the order.

Will my K-Dollar Reward expire?

K-Dollar Reward is valid for 1 year (starting from the date of earning), and the system will remind you for redemption 30 days before they expire.
Purchases within the validity period can freely choose to deduct the amount of K-Dollar. The K-Dollar is invalid after the expiry date, will not be re-issued, and cannot be extended.
