RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Paying with PAYPAL™ is safe and secure when you make an online purchase at KHEMIST ONLINE!!!!
If you notice any problems, for example, if your goods have not been delivered at all, or if you receive an item that does not match what we have sold, please let us know as soon as possible and we will look into it. If we are found to be at fault, we will arrange an exchange or a full refund of shipping costs for eligible items*, in accordance with our Buyer Protection Policy.

1) If you make a mistake when ordering online....
Khemist will be happy to exchange your item (please contact us at [email protected]). All exchange requests must be sent by email to [email protected] within 2 days of receipt. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the new item and additional postage for returns. We reserve the right to refuse and will not exchange an item unless it is unopened and in its original packaging.
2) In the unfortunate event that you are sensitive to our products....
You have the option to request an exchange or refund. Please contact us by emailing [email protected] within 7 days of receipt of the product and include proof of purchase. All used products must be returned to our logistics center (please contact us at [email protected]). Khemist will cover the shipping cost of returning your product to our logistics center. If you receive a damaged product, please do not attempt to use it and notify us immediately and Khemist will issue a full refund or exchange the product. Khemist will issue a full refund or exchange. Any shipping charges incurred by you for returning damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered items will be refunded to you using your original method of payment.
3) You want to cancel your order
You have the legal right to cancel your order, but you must do so within 14 working days of receiving the goods. You can also cancel your order at any time before we process it. Please note that we usually process your order the same day once your payment has been confirmed. To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service Center by emailing [email protected], providing your name, login ID, address and order number.
You also have the legal right to cancel your order within 24 hours of full payment. Please contact us as soon as possible by email and provide us with your name, login ID, address and order number.
If you wish to cancel an order, you must provide proof of order or original information (e.g. order number, e-invoice, payment transaction, etc.) under any circumstances, and Khemist must return the item(s) within 14 business days of delivery for a refund or exchange. If you intend to return or exchange an item, please let us know in advance and one of our staff will help you through the process.
If you return an item to us, please keep the registered receipt from the post office until you are sure that your package has been safely returned to our logistics centre. If we do not receive your parcel, we will need to check this registered receipt and track it down.
We will process your return as soon as we receive it and arrange for a refund in the same form of payment you originally used.
*Only items purchased through the Khemist Online store can be exchanged or refunded.
