How to use
<Inhalation>
• Wood, Stone and Pillow Drop: Place 3-4 drops on and inhale, sweet dream!
(*This diluted essential oil is not suitable for aroma diffusers. Suggest to choose the same type of 100% essential oil Singles for aroma diffusion.)
<Skin absorption>
• Bath Drop: Add 5-6 drops to the running bath water, mix well before getting into the tub.
• Bottom of Foot: Apply 2-3 drops to the soles of the feet, it is the easy, quickly and safety way to absorb by your body.
• Aromatherapy Massage: Combine 15-20 drops to 30ml of carrier oil for body massage. Keep away from eyes and genital areas.
Remarks
It is not recommended to apply 100% pure essential oils directly to the skin because they are highly concentrated. Instead, you will experience better results if to first dilute a small amount of the oil into water, or mix with your carrier oil or massage lotion before usage. Doing a skin test is also highly recommended for any first-time user. Just put ONE small drop of the oil to the skin and check if it will give you any bad reaction or allergies. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children. If pregnant or under doctor’s care, consult your physician.
